Return Policy
Our 30-day return policy applies. This means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Problematic Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, fresh flowers, plants, etc.), customized items (special orders, personalized products, etc.), and health & hygiene products (beauty items, etc.). Returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted. If you are unsure whether an item is returnable, please contact us.

We are sorry, but sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase a new item separately.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without giving a reason. The same conditions apply: the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and inform you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
